We offer no-fuss returns.
If something is unopened and unused, you can return the item to us, provided it is in saleable condition and within 14 days of purchase, for a no-fuss refund.
To organise a no-fuss return, please email us email@example.com and we will supply you with the returns information.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of sanitary items unless faulty and unused.
This does not affect your statutory rights and does not include the cost of the return postage.
If your product/s are faulty, you must notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and within 6 months of purchase, confirming purchase if necessary. Under consumer law we can either repair or replace the item which we will discuss with you. We will provide you with our returns address. via return email. We strongly recommend returning goods with postal insurance as we cannot refund goods that we do not receive.
If more than 6 months has passed since purchase and you feel a product should be returned as faulty, under consumer law, you, the consumer, would need to evidence that the product was faulty when you purchased it but we would be happy to discuss any issues as necessary. Under distance selling rules, if 14 days have passed since your purchase and you have failed to notify of us of your intention to return the goods, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the product/s are faulty. For faulty goods please see our section called Faulty Goods above.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org of your intention to return within 14 days of purchase. If you do not notify within 14 days then you are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Once you have notified us of your intention to return, you then have a further 14 days to get the product/s back to us. If the product/s do not then reach us within14 days of notifying your intention to return, then your goods are no longer eligible for a return or exchange and we are under no obligation to resend the item/s back to you.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept product/s that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 working days of our agreement to refund but please note that refunds can take up to 10 days to be processed by the issuing bank - if in doubt, we would respectfully request that you confirm timescales with your banking provider.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to: email@example.com - please include your order number, surname and the reason why you are requesting a refund. We will notify you of our returns address if we agree the item qualifies for an exchange.
Once you have notified us of your intention to return, we will provide you with our returns address.
You, the customer, will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. The standard cost of shipping to you will be included in your refund unless these shipping costs would have been incurred as part of a larger order. Any additional postage costs paid at point of sale are not refundable such as express postal surcharges.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We strongly recommend taking out postal insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We can only refund the products that we receive.
