Delivery Information

We endeavour to post your goods within 5 working days from the date of order.

Standard UK delivery  (Mainland UK and all of Scotland - including the Scottish Highlands and Islands)

Please allow up to 5 working days to process your order.

Orders up to the value of £59.99   -  £3.50

Orders over £60 will qualify for free standard delivery.

​

Express UK delivery.  (Mainland UK and all of Scotland - including the Scottish Highlands and Islands)

Orders upto £50 will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Post - £5.90

Orders between £50 to £100 - £8.80

Orders over £100 - £11

Scottish postal surcharges

Wherever possible, we do not support companies who charge inflated postal fee's to either ourselves or our rural and island communities.  Equally, we promise to never charge our customers postal surcharges either.

European and International Delivery 

Regrettably, we do not offer postage to European and International locations. This included ROI and NI

FREE local collection

We offer a free local collection point in Elgin with no minimum order.  Just select LOCAL COLLECTION at checkout and all collection information will be sent to you upon completion of your order.  

​

As a small family business, we kindly ask that you allow us 2 full working days to pack and process your order before collecting - you will be notified by email when it is ready for you to collect.  

​

Packaging

All orders will be posted out in cardboard boxes and with packaging materials that are all made from recycled materials.  We also use biodegradable, non-GM corn packing peanuts.

​

We don't like recycling materials unnecessarily and wherever possible, we aim to re-use packaging that has been sent to us.  Sometimes, our friends, neighbours and local businesses also pass packing materials to us to save sending perfectly usable materials for recycling. 

 

As a result, this may mean that your order will be delivered in boxes that have been re-used and in some cases, may contain plastic packing materials.   Rest assured, if you received any plastic packaging materials in your order, this is being recycled to save it reaching landfill after single-use and that this is not something that we buy or use routinely.

Our packing slips are printed on recycled paper as are all of our packaging stickers and labels.   Our packaging tape is always made from paper and fully recyclable.  See our packaging information page for more information.
